Araceli Martinez
President


Araceli Martinez is Sales and Marketing Director Mexico and South America for Progress Rail Services. She has been employed by Progress Rail since 1997 with experience in sales, marketing, imports, exports, and transportation logistics via sea, air, land and rail. She is a member of the edit committee for the AAR, involved in translation of field and office manuals into Spanish. She is the communication and affiliation advisor for Asociación Mexicana de Industriales Ferroviarios A.C. Araceli is a member of the International Traffic Club and the Mexico Importers and Exporters National Association.

She has been an active member of LRIW since 1997, and was LRIW’s 2000-2001 Woman of the Year.

Nicole Bazzy
1st Vice President

Nicole Bazzy is an Associate with the law firm of Burns White specializing in the area of railroad defense litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, she concentrated her practice on insurance law and defense litigation.

Ms. Bazzy obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2001 from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she received recognition for her academic achievements, as well as her participation in trial moot court competitions. Throughout her legal education, she was employed on a full-time basis as a law clerk gaining valuable experience in various types of litigation. Ms. Bazzy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication in 1996 and a Master of Arts degree in Corporate Communication in 1997, both from Duquesne University.

Ellen Owen
Secretary

Ellen Owen has worked with ASF-Keystone since 1980. She has held several positions of increasing responsibilities within the company. She is currently Account Manager for the Amsted Rail Group.

Wendy Pickering
Assistant Secretary

Wendy Pickering joined the League of Railway Industry Women in March, 2000, and currently holds the office of Assistant Secretary. She has also held the office of Regional Director for the Western Chapter.

Barbara Tumlin
Treasurer

Barbara Tumlin joined the League of Railway Industry Women in 2007 as the Southwestern Chapter Regional Director. Barbara is the Customer Service/Sales Manager for Trinity Parts & Components in Fort Worth, Texas.  She has been with Trinity Parts since 2002. Trinity Parts is the OEM parts distributor for Freight cars built by Trinity, Ortner, Thrall, Greenville, Portec, Whitehead & Kale, and Pullman Standard.

Her team serves the entire United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, Australia and India. Barbara has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Le Tourneau University in Longview, Texas.

Victoria Anderson-Lytton
Membership & Parliamentarian

Victoria Anderson-Lytton is currently Supervisor Equipment Data in the Maintenance Planning Department at TTX Company. She has been employed with TTX since August, 1971. Vickie earned two TTX Presidential Awards for Excellence in the years 1996 and 1998. She earned her Associate from Fox Business College in 1971.
