Araceli Martinez
President


Araceli Martinez is Sales and Marketing Director Mexico and South America for Progress Rail Services. She has been employed by Progress Rail since 1997 with experience in sales, marketing, imports, exports, and transportation logistics via sea, air, land and rail. She is a member of the edit committee for the AAR, involved in translation of field and office manuals into Spanish. She is the communication and affiliation advisor for Asociación Mexicana de Industriales Ferroviarios A.C. Araceli is a member of the International Traffic Club and the Mexico Importers and Exporters National Association.

She has been an active member of LRIW since 1997, and was LRIW’s 2000-2001 Woman of the Year.

Julie Mink
1st Vice President

Julie Mink works with Tealinc, Ltd. a railcar lessor, railcar broker and transportation consultant. Though her office is located in Colorado, She works globally with shippers, Class I railroads, and shortlines providing railcar leases, selling railcars and providing transportation services. She have worked with Tealinc, Ltd. for the past 5 years where she has served as the Manager of Value Creation and now holds the title as the Vice President Marketing and Administration.

Laura J. Camacho
2nd Vice President

Laura J. Camacho is Vice President, Finance & Administration at Railway & Industrial Services, Inc., a railroad car repair company with two repair locations, one in Crest Hill, Illinois and the other in Longview, Washington, as well as a division in Illinois that provides engineering and research services for the FRA and other industry companies, along with metal fabrication, fixtures, and devices to the industry. Laura has been working from the Crest Hill, Illinois location since 1992.

Over the years, she has held numerous positions at Railway & Industrial Services, Inc., with emphasis on Human Resources, Administration, and Finance. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing with a minor in Spanish. Laura has been a member of the LRIW since 2005.

Ellen Owen
Secretary

Ellen Owen has worked with ASF-Keystone since 1980. She has held several positions of increasing responsibilities within the company. She is currently Account Manager for the Amsted Rail Group.

Wendy Pickering
Assistant Secretary

Wendy Pickering joined the League of Railway Industry Women in March, 2000, and currently holds the office of Assistant Secretary. She has also held the office of Regional Director for the Western Chapter.

Brenda Olszewski
Treasurer

Brenda Olszewski began working in the railroad industry in July, 1995 when she was hired as a sales assistant for A. Stucki Company. Today she is the inside sales manager. Her responsibilities include many functions related to daily operations and administration of marketing communications.

Victoria Anderson-Lytton
Membership & Parliamentarian

Victoria Anderson-Lytton is currently Supervisor Equipment Data in the Maintenance Planning Department at TTX Company. She has been employed with TTX since August, 1971. Vickie earned two TTX Presidential Awards for Excellence in the years 1996 and 1998. She earned her Associate from Fox Business College in 1971.
